My Excel report isn’t divided into columns

Each Excel version converts the CSV that you download from Pointerpro in a different way. If you're having trouble reading your Excel file, you can try these steps.


First, start by double-checking you converted the CSV to Excel in the correct way. This guide will show you how.


Still not a correct Excel file? Follow these steps:


Click on the home button of your computer and open the console panel.

Choose Clock, Language, and Region

Choose Region.

When you click on the Region, this pop-up opens. Choose Additional Settings.

Make sure the list separator is set on;
