This question type is used to get a clear view of how well you're doing, or how much someone likes your product, service, or business. Instead of vague assumptions, you get concrete numbers on a scale you create yourself.

You can choose to insert anywhere from 3 to 10 icons in order to get an accurate evaluation on your chosen scale. A star evaluation is suitable for general questions for example product evaluations.

Emoji and smiley are used to measure the likeability of a product or service. They can also be used to determine how someone feels about your product or service. Furthermore, you can derive the score your product gets from the emojis or smileys. Choose between 3 smileys or 5 smileys/emoticons. They are both intended to represent a range of sentiments from negative, to neutral, to positive, so best use them for questions about emotions or feelings.

What's next?

  • XY Drag and Drop question is a ranking question that lets you evaluate a particular set of options by dragging them along the X and Y axis, according to your preference. Let your respondents drag and drop items on an XY axis and collect the X, Y coordinates at your responses view.
  • The Scratch Card is developed to give away incentives in a fun way. Fill in the percentage of respondents that can win a prize, and let the Scratch Card decide who wins. You can add it as a break in the questions because it's just fun to try it or put real incentives behind the upper layer. By adding incentives you will increase the participation rate.
  • Slot machines are another way to keep the attention of your respondents. An incentive can be promised when a respondent wins. This will improve the participation rate and lower the drop-out rate. Set the probability of winning and determine how many times someone can play the Slot Machine.
