PDF: Formula Ranking

ReportR: Formula Ranking

This feature is included in the ReportR plan. Contact us for more information.

Add the Formula Ranking widget to display the results of selected formulas ranked from lowest score to highest score or highest to lowest.

The result of each formula that you choose to show will be displayed together with explanatory text immediately underneath.

Let's take a look at how to add this to your PDF report...

After you've named the widget, start by adding the formulas which you want to display. Click Add KPI to add the first formula, then choose your formula from the drop-down menu. The description is the text which will be displayed under the formula result. Click Add KPI to add as many formulas as you wish.

Now you can adjust the other settings for this widget:

ReportR KPI widget settings

  1. Show formula titles - Show or hide the title of each formula in the ranking
  2. Show formula results - Show or hide the result of each formula in the ranking
  3. Sorting - Choose whether you want to sort the formulas from low to high, high to low or with no sorting.
  4. Limit - You can set the limit of how many formulas to show. You can add as many formulas as you like, and then choose to limit by, for example, the top 3. If you've added 10 formulas, only the results of the top 3 formulas will be shown in the PDF report.

If you want to only show this widget under certain conditions, you can set the widget logic rules. Click add rule and now select which condition from the drop-down menu should be used to decide when to show the widget.

Once you've chosen the initial condition, you can specify exactly what conditions need to be met, for example the answer on question must be greater than a certain number. If you need a more complex condition, click on the white circle with a purple + sign to add criteria that will be in addition to the other criteria (AND), or instead of (OR).

Tip: If you have set up outcomes, you can choose an outcome as the criteria for showing the widget. Choose outcome from the drop-down menu and then select what the outcome should or should not equal so that the widget will be shown. You can set the outcome as the only criteria, or as an additional criteria as shown below. In this example, we clicked the purple button and added that the widget should be shown if both the response on intro field criteria AND the outcome criteria is fulfilled.
